Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange:

1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual and all accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
4. You can exchange within 7 days.

5. Burned Product or Product damaged with misuse is not claimable for exchange.

Electronics Products Policy

Electronics products do not have any kind of after-sale guarantee/warranty.
we provide 7 days check warranty only if you get any issue after usage then you can get a repair claim within 7 days of purchase only.
7 days Claim does not cover the following reasons:
1) Any kind of burn by improper usage or voltage burn
2) any kind of usage damage.

 

Exchange Policy:

You can exchange any thing which you received with in 7 days from date you receive parcel, delivery us by any of your convenient nearest courier company. Please make sure which items you want to exchange its should be well packed as you received broken or as it is you received with out our permission used items can not be exchange or refund, Courier company return charges paid by customer.

We will refund delivery charges that 200/= rupees (in case of wrong product deliver from us.)  Zahra stores are already selling items on discounted rates and using expensive Courier Services is not a feasible option for us.

When we receive your parcel our team inform you via text message you can adjust this amount in any next order or also can cash back,

In special case if you shop items size is more then 1 x 1 x 1 ft then we show you expense that we pay for delivery to courier company because we are giving our customers Subsidy in delivery charges we take 200 rs from you even on your Package we spent more then customers will pay these charges, so these charges pay by you in case if its not our mistake.

Note: We’ll make sure the products which we send our fully packed, reducing all the chances of damage but if still any product is damaged it will be on customer’s own risk. Rest assured product will be packed carefully reducing all the chances of damage.

How to Exchange a Product:

If you want to exchange a product then you have to send us the product through any courier service, when we receive the product our representative inform you through phone call/sms.

we will issue a voucher code of the same amount of the product. we will not pay the delivery charges only the product purchase price will be entitled.

Note: No Warranty for Electronic Products, we do not accept returns only exchange is possible if the product is not used.

 

 

Shipping policy

  • Flat Rs. 200 Will be Charged for Delivery
  • Delivery will take 5 to 7 working days, in sale days delivery time may vary.

 Note: some time due to some system error your may be charged a 400 dc, in such case contact use for refunds with your order number.

Order Cancel Policy

Zahra Stores Reserve the rights to cancel any order without prior notice.

if you you have not received your previous order then you have to pay 10% advance payment for your new order.

What if i want to Cancel my Order?

if you want to cancel order inform us within 6 hours of order placing through phone call so we can cancel your order. if you maid any advance payment a voucher will be issue to you of that amount, if you required refund then share your bank details in order to transfer the amount.
