Comes with multi-layered structure.First Layer is stainless steel 18/10(304) food grade inner surface .Second Layer is thick gauge aluminium-forexcellent heat conduction. The 3rd Layer is stainless steel 18/0(430) magnetic highly conductive, induction compatible exterior. Heat quickly and evenly with precise temperature control and no hot spot.
